Is a traditional Mexican alcoholic beverage elaborated from the distillation of the heart of Maguey. The Maguey (or Agave) is a plant with ten million years of evolutionary history. It is difficult to find a plant as exploited as this one, with derivatives such as fabrics, paper, construction material, medicines, food and beverage extraction.
There are different types of maguey and each one produces a different version of Mezcal. The most used are three: Espadín, Tobalá and Madrecuishe.
